Canopy Official. send all your orders through one of the main transport companies, in addition to adding Click & Collect service so that our customers can choose the service they prefer.

The transport agency will take the products to your address. In case there is no one in your address to pick up the order, the courier will leave a note as long as the courier has access to a mailbox. If there is a problem with the transport, you can contact us by email at info@canopyofficial.com and we will try to solve it as soon as possible.

Delivery times

The delivery time, except for some incidents, is stipulated between 24-48 business hours in the Peninsula from the departure of the package from our facilities. We are not responsible for possible delays on the part of the carrier.

Orders will be sent on the same day that are made by payment of the card before 13:00. From that hour you will not be able to add anything to your order and if you do it will leave the next day. Orders placed with other forms of payment will be sent when payment is verified.

In the case of making payment by transfer, your product will be sent once we have verified the payment.

Returns

Return Terms and Conditions

Canopy Official. will accept returns of your shipments for a period not exceeding 7 days from the date of receipt of the same. For the return of the material received, you must contact us through the email address info@canopyofficial.com indicating the order number.
