1. General disposition
1. 1. The following terms and conditions of sale (“Terms and conditions of Sale”) are from application to the offer and sale of products across the web site canopyofficial. com ("Web site).

To be able to buy products in the Web site the clients have to: (a) to have at least 18 years or, if they are age minors, to be authorized properly by its legal tutor, (b) to be consumers, understanding as such natural persons who operate with ends foreign to its industry, office, business and profession (c) to register in the Web site; and (d) to have a credit card in force.

This contract goes to formalize in Spanish and it will be regulated by the Spanish legislation as the Law 3/2014, of March 27, by that there is modified the reruined text of the General Law for the Defense of the Consumers and Users, and other complementary laws, approved by the Legislative Royal decree 1/2007, of November 16, and the Law 34/2002, of 11 dejulio, of Services of the Information society and of Electronic commerce ("LSSI).

3.1. Information on products is available on the Website, which is supplied in accordance with Articles 60, 63 and 97 of the Consumer Law and Articles 27 and 28 of the LSSI.
3.2. Customers may not sell or resell such products or samples. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of products or samples to be delivered to the customer when, in our sole discretion, it breaches these Terms and Conditions.
4.1. All prices indicated for the products that are available through the Website include VAT at current rates and are denominated in euros. The shipping costs will be added to the price of the products and are indicated separately in the order form.
5. Pay Options
5.1. The customer can pay for the products by credit card. The following credit cards are accepted for this purpose:
5.2. We do not accept credit cards with billing addresses outside Spain.
5.3. For customer safety, the customer's billing name and address must match those of the credit card used to make the payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these criteria.
5.4. All credit card holders are subject to validation and authorization checks by the issuer of the card. If the customer's payment card issuer denies, or for any reason does not authorize the payment in our favor, either before or after a payment, we will not respond to any delay or lack of delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal
6.1. We are committed to offering customers the best products available. If the customer considers that the products he has received do not meet this expectation, in accordance with article 71 of the Consumer Law, he will have the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 (seven) calendar days following the date of receipt of the products .
6.2. The customer may notify his intention to exercise the right of withdrawal by sending us a message from the user panel with details of the relevant order, including the customer's order number and the description of the products being returned.
6.3. Our customer service department will then issue the customer with an authorization number and confirmation by email. The client is invited to keep his authorization number for future consultations with the Customer Service Department in this regard.
6.4. In the event that the customer returns products for reasons other than that they are defective or that their delivery has been incomplete or incorrect, you must arrange and pay for the return thereof.
6.5. It is strongly recommended to send the package through a certified delivery service (which requires signature at the time of delivery). We can not answer for returned products that are lost during transit.
6.6. The above provisions only apply to purchases made on the Internet. Products purchased in an establishment will be subject to the corresponding return policy of each establishment.
7. Absence of Conformity
7.1. In case of lack of conformity of the products with the contract in accordance with the provisions of article 116 of the Consumer Law, the guarantees established in articles 118 to 122 of the same law will apply. The customer has the right to have the products repaired or replaced, free of charge, in a way that is in conformity with the contract, in which case the customer is entitled to an adequate reduction in the price of the products or to cancel the contract. The customer waives the aforementioned rights in case he does not notify us of the lack of conformity within two months after the date he detected the same. We will respond to the lack of conformity when it becomes apparent within two years after the delivery of the products. In any case, actions initiated in relation to a lack of conformity that we have not maliciously concealed will expire automatically after thirty-six months have elapsed since the delivery of the products.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law and must be interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.
8.2. Conflicts that may cause the interpretation, validity and / or enforcement of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the place of residence or domicile of the client.
